Our yearly General Meeting is always held at La Serena Golf Club on the same date as The Hamper competition in December each year.
This meeting is generally to inform members of ongoing events within the club, to explain the running of the club to new members, but mainly to approve the Financial Report presented on the day by the Treasurer.
Other business or proposals brought up at the meeting are noted and left for The Junta to decide on at their next meeting.
